Solved! got sound though headphones but not speakers

Lenovo lap top windows 10 no sound out of lap top without headphones was fine up till few weeks ago sometimes works for about 10 minutes then stops again

If it works sometimes but then stops, I would think either it has a loose connection, or the speaker is going bad and needing replacement.

I brought a small cheap speaker which if I plug in works and I get sound strange , enough if I take the speaker straight out when playing the speakers work on there own very strange but works for me

Odd, but if it works then it works.
