grand theft auto san andreas android unplayable on samsung galaxy s4 due to lag!!

Grand theft auto(gta) san andreas terrible lag and frame rate loss on samsung galaxy s4(octa-core version). tried low settings but didn't help. got it from playstore for 420 bucks. my phone specs are 1.6ghz quad+1.2ghz quad core. 2gb ram(1.82gb usable), 1080p super amoled display with 441 ppi and has powervr sgx44 gpu(graphics). can you suggest something??

first force close all of your background processes and free your storage to at least 5 GB , then install game in internal storage , maybe it will help
