My reading says that some ideapad 310 uses intel HD graphics and some have nvidia graphics.
What is your exact model number?
The driver will come from Intel for HD graphics.
Possibly Lenovo has a graphics driver available, but I think the latest Intel driver is likely to be best.
For performance, look at the intel dashboard and see if you can allocate more ram to be used by the graphics adapter.
Also, integrated adapters run faster when using dual channel ram.
Consider upgrading your laptop with 4gb more.
The Kingston ram selection app will give you some supported ram upgrade options:

If you have a discrete nvidia adapter, look for the latest nvidia drivers from the nvidia web site.
