Graphics card Vs Internal memory upgrade

Whether to have 8 gb graphics upgraded to 16 gb graphics or graphics card of 3gb from 2gb originally....
I am looking to buy alienware m17x with intel i7 and resolution 1080p

Please suggest whether having 32 gb ssd memory of any if i dont do multitasking or use heavy design applications from gamer's perspective

Get an upgraded graphic card if you are planning on gaming.2gb or 3 gb of vram doesnt really matter unless you are using multiple display.also check the speed of the gpu.i think the m17x have the amd 7990m which is very very good for gaming.
