Yes it installs it's says an error occurred during installing and the amd install manager doesn't install . In display adapters the amd adapter will not show

Are you using AMD drivers from Dell's website? Many times laptops will only work with graphic drivers the brand name provides rather than the generic drivers provided by AMD. The driver can be downloaded from the link below.
