Question Gray marks issue

I bought an open box tv and know that it's settle in a bright room, some mark are visible. At first I thought it was scratches or glue residue, but it does not seems to be the case. The mark are not (or really barely) visible when the tv is on. Is anybody know what causes that and how to get rid of it (if possible at all)

Looks like a protective plastic film to protect the screen from damage in transit. Try to find an edge then peel off the protective film.

Agree with what EdMiller said, it's the protective film, you can see this matte effect.
