I HAVE A LAPTOP NAMED GREAT QUALITY. WHEN I PLUGGED IT TO LIGHT, IT IS NOT COMING UP.

On a more serious note, what? I'm guessing you're saying that you're laptop won't turn on, even when you plug it in? and I'm pretty sure there isn't a laptop brand called "Great Quality"
