Green dots on screen when charging

I just got my laptop(Toshiba satellite L850-16T) back from repair for the last time(warranty is now expired), apparently they changed the motherboard and suddenly there are a bunch of green dots on the screen when my laptop is charging.

Could you post a pic and upload it.

Also I would recommend two things:

If the battery is removable shut down computer, take it out and put it back in again
Deplete the battery all the way to 0%. Recharge all the way back to 100%. Turn on computer.
