How does one improve the image quality of pictures posted online on AOL home page. The images have a grey-scale coloration rather than a true colorzation.

Generally, you cannot increase the image quality of an image. You cannot create data that is not there. Especially with pictures that you do not have the original of.

I just looked at the AOL site. Which images are you referring to?

If you REALLY wanted to improve them, you COULD download them and improve them in a graphics/photo program...
