GT 745M replacement

Im relatively new to the hardware side of computers. but everytime i check on websites to see if my laptop can run a game my cpu and ram are fine but my graphics card is always pulling it down. So i wanted to know if i could replace my 745M with a different graphics card and if i can which one.

Maybe. Some laptop graphics are soldered in and some are on cards. I would recommend you google your model and "graphics upgrade" to see if anybody else has been successful.

all i find is info on the graphics card and people talking about the 740M. does that mean no one has replaced it
