Recently bought a GT1030 after reading a bit about it, mainly the parts that say the card can handle 4k and HDR just fine. I decided to use it in my old PC that I no longer use and build a HTPC.
Just got it last week and so far I haven't been able to use it without some moderate lagging when playing 4k (mainly trying to stream with YouTube), when HDR is enabled the lag gets quite a lot worse.
Am I missing something here? I really don't think my build is too weak to handle 4K (&HDR), my specs are below:
AMD FX8350
8GB RAM
GT 1030
750GB SSHD
