not with playable fps no, it only has the cpu built in for graphics

Your laptop is using its CPU's integrated graphics. It should run the game, but at what FPS and graphics - I don't know (nothing high really). The best would be just to look up some benchmarks or, even better, test it out yourself.

You have to keep in mind though, it is a notebook so it's not built for gaming. Try not to expect anything too much.

Your laptop doesn't meet even the minumum GPU spec required to run GTA 5 so I think the answer to your question is "very unlikely":

As you can see, Intel HD Graphics (which is all your laptop has) is not mentioned, it has be a discrete graphics card from AMD or Nvidia, your laptop has neither.

Can you include a more detailed specification of your graphics card as '2GB Nividia Geforce' isn't enough information to tell. You can check on a simple program like CPU-Z.

None of that information is as relevant as card model number and monitor resolution

I woulds say intel HD graphics family actually surpries me a lot because my laptop run GTA5 on high graphics at 30 fps which were amazing , I have never tested it with Watchdogs but i think you can get a decent fps
My settings were ( for gta 5
Gsync:half
Put it in windowed
rember to put in FXAA
everything is on high except for grass quality and texure quality, no post fx)
ADVANCED SETTINGS OFF,NOT EVEN HIGH-END RIG CAN RUN THIS SHIT
