GTA 5 MOD VIRUS REMOVAL its a trainer.

i have an issue with a mod that is called scripthookV_1.0.350.2a.zip and the files inside it are (in bin file) dinput8.dll, native trainer.asi and scripthookV.dll thanks guys for your help and oh btw it makes my 3 antiviruses not work after 15 mins of scanning time. my bitdefender doesnt work in safe mode even with networking and malwarebytes doesnt find anything.

If you think there is something sketchy with the trainer, i suggest removing it and not using it
