my laptop specification are i3 proceesor 4005u,1.7ghz,3mb L3 cache,nvidia geforce 820m ,2gb graphic card,4gb ram ddr3

What exactly is "looking weird" in the game? Screen shots look normal. Trees are there, buildings are there, person is there, street is there, textures look OK, what's the issue? You are playing on a low end laptop, if you are expecting high settings with a ton of shadows and details, you won't get that.

If you are talking about the pauses, that is normal for your system speed, you have a slower CPU and a video card not made to run GTA V, it will struggle even on low settings.
