GTA V Not Working Alienware 17

The game should be running smooth, but the frames consistently drop. I don't know why. I have friends with Laptops with lower specs and are still running it.

Specs:

Intel i7 4700MQ @ 2.40GHz

16gb Ram

AMD ATI Radeon HD8970M

Intel HD Graphics 4600

Windows 8.1 64 bit.



If anyone has had this problem and knows how to fix it, please let me know ASAP. Thank you in advance guys.
