Will the GTX 780M work in my Dell e6410 (now has Intel graphics)?

no, i don't think you can change the graphics in it, it's soldered on the motherboard (top left of the cpu socket)

No it will not. Laptops still do not have an easy method to switch different mobile GPU's like Desktop PC's with ease. (although some rarely do, your e6410 does not). Good luck!
