Guest user has more control?

AirScanLegacyDiscovery, Canon IJScanner2, Canon IJScanner4, Canon IJScanner6, commandFILTER, FAX Utility, PPP MiniTerm, Set Info, Show Info, just to name a few. They're hidden in the Finder and in Spotlight and the only reason I know about them Is I see them in guest user parent controll. I searched and copy pasted my question from someone that is also asking but did not get a answer , just a cop out to avoid the answer. Can we get a answer here??

An answer to what question? Is it your intent to disable these functions, or limit them? Looks like scanner drivers, and comms apps. What exactly are you trying to accomplish?
