Hard drive problems

I had problems with my dell laptop I did the diagnostics and said that the hard drive isn't working anymore. I bought a new hard drive and still doesn't work. I turn it on and it keeps restarting and can t do anything with F2 or F12.

Did you install Windows on that new hard drive?
