Hard Drive Taking up Space?

Hey, I'm using windows 8.1

So basically this has been going on for a while and I have run many various anti-virus packages e.g. malwarebytes to check my system for viruses. I cannot find any viruses! However! My main SSD C drive keeps lowering in space.. I just restarted my PC.! it was at 130GB.. and now its 118GB. I don't understand. I have used CCLeaner numerous times and it removes space but not for long..

Can someone help me please

google for more tips.... I install all my browsers to mechanical storage drive to keep the temp files there.
your user profile storage files can be sent to the mechanical drive
windows temp file can be sent there
download files etc etc.

well you could try the rootkit scans.

malewarebytes custom scan has a rootkit scanner.

CCleaner - tools - Disk Analyzer to view how much space each file are taking. Can sort the list from largest to smallest.

i do rootkit scans all the time.
