Hard reset question.

Hello, I have a Galaxy S4 Mini.I noticed that when I make hard reset of my phone without the SIM and SD Cards inside, the brightness of my phone is higher (not a bug, it's just adjusted on a higher level of my brightness), then when I make a hard reset with them inside.Is this normal?Do they change certain settings of the phone when you hard reset it?

Hard reset will switch back to the original default settings.. like its a brand new phone.. plus when u heard reset your phone..it only effects your phone memory... i.e it completly wipes it out

Then why the brightness settings change depending on whether the SIM and SD Cards are inside or not?

it might have been set on automatic.. did u performed both the resets at the sametime??

I did 2 types of resets - one with the SIM and SD Card in and one with the SIM and SD Card out.The brightness settings were different after each.
