hardrive not found in diskmanagement

hey i had a problem with my hardrive were an error was showing up. i got it sent back to the place i bought it from and the message stopped showing up, but the hardrive didnt show still. i figiured that the hardrive had died so i bought a new one and it has the same problem. it doesnt show up in disk management either. please help!!!

If you mean how many individual hard drives I have in the pc, there is one. i replaced the old one because i thought it was faulty but the new one doesn't work either and there is also an ssd. And if you meant how much does the hard drive hold its 1 tb and the ssd is 118Gb

are you sure they put the hdd back? it is in device manager?
