Harman kardon cdr20left drive keeps reading disc error

my harman kardon cdr20 recorder on left cd drive when i put disc in and push play it turns the disc about 3 times then reads disc error

the laser pickup is misaligned, the internal moving cable is worn out or broken, the laser is dirty, belts may have worn out. Time for service center. You should not try to fix it yourself, it might make it worse.
