Solved! Harman kardon sb20

My phone won't recognize Harman kardon ab20 using Bluetooth..used to but not anymore(got galaxy note 5)

If it is still on the list of Paired Devices in your Galaxy Note, remove it and restart the phone. Try again to scan for any BT devices in range and it may behave better this time.

Is it in the list of paired device? Does the Harman Kardon unit show any signs of life, making sure it is actually on and not just sleeping? There is usually a blue signal light showing and the word "Pairing" spoken.

Second thought. Is the Bluetooth icon sitting in the Taskbar or in Hidden icons?

Got white light flickers on the Bluetooth sign and phone shows there's no devices

Do you have a PC or a laptop with a BT facility? It would help you find out which of the other two devices isn't playing the game properly.

Got the lenovo laptop touch screen....can't find it as well(strangely because we used to listen to music with it using my mobile phone)

The prime suspect is now down to one - the H-K device. Power it down, please, then give it ten minutes and put it back on and if doesn't say "pyyyeeering" in an Eastern European accent, it's a dud.
