Well at least it isn't a full blown virus program. Listen, I'm a newbie to all of this. I came across mpc cleaner by accident and liked the look of their product so I downloaded it and even scanned it with anti malwarebytes, which labeled it as pup.

delete them.
What are you trying to clean? There are better one out there.

To clean system junk and cache to improve speed of my computer which is what mpc cleaner claims to do.
