Have Samsung 55in curve t.v. that has a cracked screen from movers who damaged it moving it. It was cracked by handling it.

Even if you could find parts/a service to replace it, it would most certainly be fairly expensive.

Replacing a screen, if you can get one, is usually more than replacing the entire TV.
Your movers should have insurance to cover damage that they caused. Hope you reported it to them while they were there.
