I recently ran into some trouble with my laptop (Toshiba Satellite e45t-A4300 running windows 10, I believe 32 bit) and I've gotten to an error that told me to boot via a media recovery disk/drive. I was able to get access to a different computer and download the recovery drive program from the windows website, I then applied both Windows 10 64 bit and 32 bit to a USB stick (my laptop has no disc drive) but my laptop won't boot from either of them.
I plug in the USB and fire up my latop, then get to a screen where it asks me to select 64 bit or 32 bit. When I select 32 bit I end up on a boot manager error screen, the same as this image which I've uploaded to imgur:

When I select 64 bit, my pc restarts and goes back to bit selection screen.
I read online from this link

something about how I should copy files meant to be burnt onto a DVD to my USB so they are FAT32 and not NFTS, can anyone help explain what's going on and how I can properly boot and repair my PC?
(Sorry if the formatting is bad I'm stuck on mobile since my laptop is kaput.)
