Solution

Test with another keyboard and USB port, if it happens with that one, delete the keyboard from Device Manager, reboot, check it again.
Physically? Or does the keyboard look normal but output an 'f' in place of an 'e'?

If physical, either return your laptop - or buy a replacement key (if it bothers you that much).

If it's just outputting an 'f', check your keyboard settings & layout - see if there are any changes.

Is this a new occurrence? Or has it always been like that?

............wait, it still displays as an "E" though?

If it's just keycaps wearing off, either purchase replacements (search 'laptop model' replacement keys), replace the entire keyboard (search 'laptop model' replacement keyboard) or, just don't worry about it.

no I just bought my a new stationary with a new keboard then as I asked bofore happened when I tested my keboard.
And my keboard looks normal but the out put is an f.
