HD for a Thinkpad z61

I dont know much about hard drives for laptops but a friends work computer thinkpad z61 had died.

Dont need anything over 250gb really.

can anyone link some compatible HDs for this laptop?

can you be more specific as to the exact model?

If you know the hard drive type, replacements can easily be had from Newegg.com, TigerDirect.com and a host of others.

Just make sure of the type, pata (ide) or sata and the size (normally 2.5")

I think I found one. The one in it is like 60 gb LOL

Good choice & price, considering the rapid increase in hard drive prices due to factory closures in asia.

Just make sure that the current drive is a sata drive and not an older ide (pata). I'd hate to see you buy the wrong interface type of hard drive.
