For years I have used webcams to upload pictures from towns, stores, deer camps, etc. to websites. You set a ftp upload filename mypicture.jpg and schedule. Upload every 60 seconds.
A couple of these webcams have died and I would like to replace them with HD webcams.
Everyone I have found will not let you set the ftp filename and will not let you set an upload interval.
Most of these places are in locations with slow Internet speeds. 3 megs download but most have only 128kb upload speed. This means there is no way to broadcast live video and this is what most HD webcams seem to be designed for.
