Solved! HDMI and HDMI ARC

I have Samsung TV with 4 HDMI and one of them is ARC. Simple HDMI operates in one direction and ARC on both direction between devices, right? So is it possible connects HDMI , for example of my PC, to HDMI ARC. Only to transfer video signal to TV like normal HDMI to HDMI. Thanks

Yes you can.
You would have to turn ARC on in the TV menu for it to work in the other direction. Your PC wouldn't support it anyway.
