Question HDMI ARC port

My LED TV do not have HDMI ARC port but how can I use my Samsung soundbar though it needs HDMI ARC port

Most TVs have an optical digital audio output. Most soundbars have an optical digital audio input.
If the soundbar has an aux input you can use the headphone output if the TV has one. If not then you would need an optical to analog converter.

But my tv doesn't have optical port.and how can I use the optical converter though my android tv box is plugged in my tv which is the hdmi port without arc.it is only one source at a time
