Solved! HDMI No signal.

Hi everyone.

Ok my problem is ...

For the past few months I have been watching movies from my laptop to TV - No problems.

A week ago I was given a projector, and I tried it, and it worked, and everything was working fine.

2 days ago now, and I am getting no signal from both the tv or the projector.



This did happen about a year ago, and I just gave up on it until a few months ago and tried again, and it worked for a while until now.

Not sure what is going on or what to do.

Try changing the order you boot the laptop and select the input that it's connected to. HDMI does some weird stuff especially if a laptop is involved.
Try setting the laptop HDMI output as a 2nd display and check that the video settings are compatible.
