headhones connecting sound

Hi guys ! i have a question. im on windows 7 so when i connect my headphones (they are with 3.5mm jack) i hear sound like im connecting a device ?! so its a little bit strange because i didn't heard it before?

Not normal, you should only get "device connected" sound with USB devices on Windows 7.
