Headphone Audio Problem

I had a problem with my old headphones and I got a new pair. 2 Hours ago, I put them in. Instead of the good sound quality I got the days before the sound was bad. When I heard a sound like someone tapps the phone, audio gets good and then when heard again audio goes bad. I tried another pair of headphones and same result. I have a Samsung Galaxy J7.What's wrong? Help!

Plug the audio jack in all the way if it's bad it's the headphone and for your PC use the back port instead of the front
