Headphones not registering?

Hey guys, my headphones don't seem to be registering on any of my USB ports, as well as my joystick. I know for sure the joystick works, and last time I checked the headphones worked (prior to my build). I know the USB ports work because my mouse works on all of them. Any ideas?

Try wobbling the headphone usb connector in the usb port.

Try another headphone set.
