Question Headphones only work on the right side

I had some problems with my headphone, it only worked on the right side then i switched the headphones and it has the same problem i tried on a different computer and they work fine, i also tried to change the USB port and still nothing i have no idea what to do

Need more details about the headphones, what brand and model? Did you check the balance setting on the computer?
