Headphones Stuck Because Of SuperGlue

Something Broke In My Headphones And I Glued It With Super Glue And I Made A Mess
and some glue got inside the hinge so i cant extend or fold the headphones. is there a way to remove the glue from there?

Acetone does act as an effective solvent for super glue, shouldn't damage any other materials, and will dry completely.

So goof off would work or maybe some acetone. Dab it on a towel don't pour it on the headphones.

1) Will the acetone damage the cable? because now when it broke the cable is exposed
2) i got super glue remover off ebay and i used it to clean the headphones from the super glue but i dont know if i should use it on the hinge

i think you didnt understand where the glue is
its inside the hinge it glue all the parts inside there so i cant fold or extend the headphones
