Then get the PC360 if you have the money. It is essentially the same drivers (if not identical drivers) and you can EQ the headset to sound basically the same. If comes with a built in mic, so it won't look as cheap.

I second that.. The Sennheiser ones are good, especially the PC350 and PC360 (lies within your budget too, at $249). The icing on the cake: they're long-lasting and will probably last you for years.
Apart from these, Astro has also come out with some pretty good headsets, like the A30 ($199) and A40 ($249). Both come with removable or retractable microphones. They also come with an external mixamp which sits between your headset and your sound source to amplify your audio, guaranteeing superb sound quality whether you're listening to music or playing video games.
Okay the PC360 and 350 is the same?
What about the G4ME ZERO? I really like the white color
The G4ME ZERO is the same thing as the PC350. The G4ME ONE is the same thing as the PC360.
The PC350 has an impedance of 150 ohms and is a closed design. Because of the relatively high impedance, it will require you to buy something else like a sound card or DAC to power them since most on-board solutions can't push that much power. The closed design keeps the sound in, but you also can't really hear anything outside of the headset.
The PC360 has an impedance of 50 ohms and is an open design. At that impedance, they don't require extra amplification, but may benefit from it. The open design allows sound to escape, but also lets some sound in.
People have different preferences as far as closed vs. open, but generally, open will allow for a larger sound stage, giving you a better sense of spacial positioning.
