Hear Game audio and Mic audio simultaneously

I am trying to set up a Let's Play setup for a friend and myslef; I want to know if there is a way we can both hear the game audio but also hear each other, if we use headsets to isolate the game audio so it isn't picked up on the commentary mics. I currently have a Focusrite 2i2 and I'm using Audacity for the commentary audio, while the game audio is recorded with the Elgato game capture device
