Hear on both TV and wireless headset

I have a TCL Roku S405 and I am trying to hook up a Sennheiser Set 840 every time I plug it in the headphone jack I can not hear anything from the TV. If I plug it in the audio jack then I can not hear anything from the wireless headset. Does anyone know how to connect these so that I can hear on both.

Most devices shut off the speakers when they see a headset attached. Look in the TV options for anything that may allow both to be on at the same time. If not, you may be able to use an audio splitter with an external powered speaker or amp and speaker setup along with the headsets.
