What specifically, if you know, is not compatible? Is this a Bluetooth or App issue?
the App.
What I understand from the hearing aid maker, the Galaxy s10 lite is not compatibles the app will not work. but the Galaxy s10 or s10+ or s10 Pro will work.
I was trying to go for a cheaper phone if I could find one that worked, that was the reason for my question ? where in the spec would I find if they are hearing aid compatible

I honestly don't know that a definitive list exists. New phones hit the market every day and hearing aid manufacturers certainly can not test them all for app compatibility.

Amplifon the maker of hearing aids do put out a list and what aids work with each phone as they make a few different types of aids from very cheap one's to more expensive ones. if you go to Amplifon website and look for Smartphone compatibility that may help you.
Thanks

Understood. That works for their devices and app, within the limits of their testing and product availability.

There is no general list that is all encompassing across all brands/devices.

This is what at the head of the List of compatible phones

MOBILE APP/SMARTPHONES COMPATIBILITY

The devices listed are considered compatible, as they are 100% tested by te manufacturers.

Other smartphones with the minimum characteristics (smartphones with Bluetooth Low-Energy (BT-LE). IOS II to 13.3 or Android 6 to 10) may still work with the app – in this case compatibility is not guaranteed.

So you may understand why I like to get to know first before I buy.
Thank

I understand, but there is no definitive source. Even the aforementioned info from Amplifon says what I said much earlier in this conversation.

This thread has run its course. Take care.
