Hello. I just bought a laptop

So, brand of the laptop is DELL. I will post the link of the laptop below.
The issue im having is a weird sound, like the sound is coming out of audio board, It's right at headphone jacks. I don't know how to describe the sound, or i don't even know the reason of the sound.
Can u please help? (I'm sure that the sound isn't coming out of laptop's cooler)

New laptop, contact Dell for support, you may have a motherboard issue with electrical noise.

Is it electrical noise, or could it be the HDD noise

Yeah. Usually the HDD noise is heard. I have an old laptop that I took apart and just use the bottom of. The hard drive can be heard like a quiet fan running at low speed

just 1 more thing.
Once i bought this laptop, it's OS was linux. later on i installed windows 10 on it. but it still had sound before i actually installed windows 10.
