I lost my Acer aspire v5-121 yesterday I don't know any code of my laptop so what to do

Without a serial number you can't file a police report. If you still have the box, the serial number is on the box. Your laptop is gone, there isn't much you can do.

For your new laptop, I recommend taking a picture of the serial number plate on the machine or the box. That way you have some proof.
