How am i going to reformat my sony vaio s138ecb, it is from a taiwan and there is no applications installed and when i search in the internet the language is chinese and i dont understand it. Please help me. Thank you in advance

Did you buy this from Sony? Is there a recovery partition? Why do you need to reformat?
