Hello. Im not completely sure Where the virus came from. Either it was from upgrading photoscape or another program in utorren

Try terminating any intensive task in Task Manager, boot the computer into safe mode, and try to hunt down the file source of the virus.

An 'application' obtained via a torrent is almost never a good idea.

So now you have a virus. What does your antivirus say? Malwarebytes.
If it still won't go away, create and boot an antivirus CD. Kaspersky, for instance.

Download and burn to CD the Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10:

Boot from that, and see what it does.
