Hello, Lenovo won't turn on

Just bought a Lenovo v310, i7. after I installed the windows the laptop started having problems with turning on. When I turn it on for the first time, the Num lock and the CapsLk stay turned on except the screen. after I Turn it off and turn it on for the second time it turns on without a problem. Can someone please tell me where is the problem, I'm really freaking out since my laptop is new?

If it new, contact lenovo or return it.
