Yeah, I'm sorry. If it was showing any signs of life then I would say that it is serviceable, but since it is not, I don't think there is much you can do. Here are the only options I can think of:
1. Warranty - If it is still under warranty then this is the route you should go. However, you should be prepared for them to deny repairs since it was caused directly by user error.
2. Local repair shop - this is probably going to be an expensive option, and it might cost ~$100 for them to tell you that you have to buy a new motherboard.
