hellow i got the same problem and i remove the battery and press the power button for 60 seconds and plug in the battery but s

the problem is my Acer min laptop when switched on it sounds like it is booting but the screen doesn't respond at all...and the possible solutions i done was to unplug the power and to remove the battery then hold the power button for about 60 seconds..but still when i put back the battery it still no difference the problem still there....Can i get other possible solutions please

the back light on the lcd may have failed. if you have a monitor that you can use plug it into the video port on the laptop and us a fuction key to turn on the port and see if any video comes from the port.
