Help: ASUS TP500LN vs ACER R3-471TG

Hello, I have tough choice here, please help:

1) TP500LN-DN066H 15,6 / i5 - 4210U/ 4gb / 840m / 750 EUR (i'll buy extra 4 gb ram)
2) ACER R3-471TG 14' / i5 - 5200 U / 8 GB / 840m / 780 EUR

Which one will yield better results in terms on overall user experience? Movies / Browsing / Light gaming (Dota 2 / HON / Diablo 3).


There is also the last option:
3) TP500LN-DN116H 15,6 / IPS / i5 - 4210 U / 8gb / 840m / 947 EUR
- but I not sure whether the last one is useful.

If any other model are available in the market, with cost around 800-850 eur, I would gladly be open for suggestions.

While comparing to all TP500LN-DN066H 15,6 / i5 - 4210U/ 4gb / 840m / 750 EUR(extra 4 GB) will be the best option.
