Question HELP! bottom half of my pc screen is brighter that upper half!

I have bottom half of my pc screen is brighter that upper half
I tried to reset the screen setting and also change hdmi cable but still the same problem.
I also tried on another screen and still the same problem.
Changed the windows and update the VGA driver.

I don't know what to do next and I am looking for your help because I am a graphic designer and my job is relying on your help

Are you talking about an external screen or the laptop screen? This a new issue or has it always done that? What are the exact system specs, including the screen? Are you using any sort of video adapters or just a straight cable from computer to the monitor?

Has the computer always done this? With different cabled, different drivers, different screens it is a very odd issue to just happen after all those things.
